As a landscape photographer with a love for tranquil and scenic environments, I found the Barrington Hotel in downtown Halifax to be a solid choice for our corporate retreat. Its good location, mere steps from the harbour and various restaurants, suited our team's need for accessibility and a bit of local exploration during downtime. We primarily utilized one of the seven event venues for our strategy sessions. The adaptable spaces easily accommodated our needs, whether for a focused breakfast meeting or an extensive training seminar. The presence of experienced planners ensured a seamless experience, allowing our team to concentrate on our agenda. While we didn't partake in the breakfast offerings, I appreciated the convenience of on-site dining and the attentive staff in the Tempo restaurant. Each member of the housekeeping team was helpful in keeping our environment conducive for work. The Barrington proved to be a reliable haven for business travelers, with essential amenities supporting a productive and comfortable stay.
